His expertise spans technical and tactical development, strategic positioning and decision-making, long-term player progression systems, and coach education at the highest level. He leads masterclasses and develops coaches through his collaboration with the British Padel Coaches Association, contributing to advancing top-tier coaching standards in the UK.
