1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Tiger Padel ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of our platform, services, experiences, and products.
Tiger Padel is operated by Gabo Loredo. For all legal and contractual purposes, Tiger Padel is the trading name under which these services are provided.
By accessing or purchasing from Tiger Padel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
We operate internationally and structure our policies to be compliant with applicable EU consumer protection standards while preserving the integrity and sustainability of our services.
2. Services
Tiger Padel offers a premium padel ecosystem including, but not limited to:
- Membership access to curated digital content (training videos, insights, webinars)
- Booking of coaching sessions, including one-to-one sessions with Coach Gabo
- Access to exclusive camps, clinics, and events
- Sale of padel-related merchandise and equipment
- Member-only benefits, experiences, and preferential pricing
We continuously refine and elevate our offerings and reserve the right to modify services to maintain a high-quality experience.
3. Membership
Memberships are available in the following durations: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Access to content and benefits is limited to the active membership period.
Sharing login details or redistributing content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
3A. Subscription & Recurring Billing
Where a membership is set up as a recurring subscription, the following applies:
- Your chosen plan (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month) will be billed automatically at the start of each cycle using the payment method provided at sign-up.
- You will receive advance notice before any renewal. Continued use of the platform following a renewal constitutes acceptance of the charge.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at padelgla@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining within an active billing cycle.
3B. Content Access Upon Cancellation or Lapse
Upon cancellation, expiry, or termination of a membership for any reason:
- Access to all member-only content, including videos, training programmes, and Q&A features, will be revoked immediately at the end of the paid period.
- Any content accessed during the membership period may not be retained, redistributed, or used commercially.
- Personal data such as Padel Diary entries will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
4. Bookings & Payments
4.1 Full Payment Requirement
All bookings (sessions, camps, events) require full payment in advance to be confirmed. A booking is not considered secured until payment has been successfully received.
4.2 Advance Commitment
For camps and premium experiences, full payment may be required up to 30 days prior to the start date. We reserve the right to release unpaid bookings without notice.
5. No Refund Policy
5.1 General Principle
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including membership fees, coaching sessions, camps, events, and digital products.
5.2 Missed Sessions (No-Show)
Failure to attend a booked session for any reason does not entitle the Customer to a refund, transfer, or rescheduling.
5.3 Rescheduling & Make-Up Sessions
At our sole discretion, Tiger Padel may offer alternative sessions as a goodwill gesture only — not a contractual right.
5.4 Exceptions
Refunds will only be provided where required under applicable EU consumer law.
6. Camps & Events
6.1 Minimum Participation Requirement
All camps and events are subject to a minimum number of participants. Tiger Padel reserves the right to cancel any camp or event if this minimum is not reached.
6.2 Cancellation Due to Low Participation
If cancelled due to insufficient participants, Customers will be offered either a rescheduled date or credit toward a future service. Refunds only where required by EU law.
6.3 Customer Cancellations
Customer cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances except where required by law.
6.4 Travel & External Costs
Tiger Padel is not responsible for flights, accommodation, or transportation costs. Customers are strongly advised to make flexible travel arrangements.
7. Cancellations by Tiger Padel
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any service due to operational constraints, coach availability, or external factors. Where possible we will offer rescheduling or credit. Refunds issued only where no reasonable alternative can be provided and where required by law.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Participation is at the Customer's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiger Padel is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven gross negligence.
9. Merchandise & Products
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Damage caused by normal use, accidents, or misuse is not covered.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided by Tiger Padel remain our exclusive property. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Tiger Padel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government actions, facility closures, or travel disruptions.
13. Governing Law & Compliance
These Terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection laws. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
